Around eight years ago I decided to try a yoga class, not knowing it would change my life. After a short time I noticed my body and my mind becoming healthier and it helped me tremendously through difficult times. I decided back then that I really wanted to share this gift of yoga. So that's exactly what I did!

After finishing my yoga teacher training I started teaching in september 2017. By now I'm experienced in teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yin Yang Yoga and Pilates. Due to COVID - 19 a lot of classes and projects are on hold, which is why I'm now offering classes independently.

 

The yogafun must go on!
